Where do you recommend shooting in NYC?
NYC is genuinely spoiled for options and honestly my answer depends on you as a couple. Brooklyn Bridge Park is stunning at golden hour if you want that iconic skyline moment. Central Park gives you lush greenery and a hundred different backdrops in one place. DUMBO is perfect if you want that editorial, cobblestone energy. The West Village is dreamy and intimate. Wherever you feel most like yourselves as a couple is where we should be — so when we chat before your session, tell me what you love to do together and we'll pick a spot that actually means something.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Rain happens, especially in NYC. If it's a light drizzle we can absolutely work with it. Honestly, some of my favorite shots have happened in moody weather. If it's a full downpour or dangerous conditions, we'll reschedule at no extra charge. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you want to move the date, and I'll always be upfront with you if I think we should push it. No stress.
Do you shoot proposals?
Yes, and I absolutely love them. It's an honor every single time. Proposal shoots require a little extra coordination (location scouting, timing, staying hidden without being obvious about it) so reach out directly and we'll plan it properly.
